Nadya Rousseau is the founder and CEO of Alter New Media, a tech-driven marketing and media company offering PR, influencer, and partnership solutions.
With no formal business background, she bootstrapped the company into a seven-figure enterprise serving 1,000+ clients worldwide, including major events like NFT LA and Fashinnovation NYC. She has secured national media for clients such as Collette Divitto, a young entrepreneur with Down syndrome, and helped StartEngine founders raise seven-figure funds.

Lauren Jones is the co-founder and head marketing strategist at Alter New Media, a tech-driven marketing and media company offering PR, influencer, and partnership solutions.
Originally a visual artist whose photography was featured in New York City and the Louvre in Paris, Jones transitioned from art to entrepreneurship, co-founding Alter New Media to merge creativity with strategy.
Under her leadership, the company has supported 1,000+ businesses and creators worldwide, delivering brand strategy, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and public relations services. Dedicated to aligning purpose with profit, she helps build partnerships between for-profit and nonprofit organizations for lasting impact.
